BaseBlock offers free shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout.

Preorders and Backorders

Items marked as preorder or backorder are not available for immediate shipment. Placing an order reserves your items from an upcoming inventory shipment or production run.

Please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping timeframe applicable when you place your order. This estimate refers to when your order is expected to ship, not when it will arrive.

If the expected shipping timeframe changes, we will contact you with an update and information about your options, including cancellation.

Shipping Confirmation and Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
